At&t customer service reviews

ATT Is not a trustworthy company, RUN AWAY. Att just ran fiber through the neighborhood. Ever changing with numerous challenges. Just like the rapidly changing industry itself. Pros: no boredom , good pay and great people !

You feel great when sales lies to you and then you feel like crap after you find out they lied. Then the service team cannot. I am a former employee of years, my husband is a current employee of years. I actually was hired twice by them.


Each time it was very fast. The first time I was hired the next day, but there was no interview, I simply tested and was. There are areas I look at when thinking about a wireless carrier.


In general service quality for all the companies varies with the city (or even area of the city) you make.

Lack of technical service. They giving me a hard time about my bill. I have never felt so lied to and mistreated as a customer. They provided us good TV Cable service according to our needs.


We were offered U3along with our internet service. Because we have been a sold-out client for years, we were able to get the best deals from them. The customer service experience was superb and we got a good installation service from their tech. Not Recommended I had stable internet and good TV service overall Horrendous service for customer years A little over one year ago got U-verse and fiber internet.


Was told if bundled and auto pay, rate would not increase. Entertainment package, $44. Called their retention dept to try to get a better deal to save money in these pandemic times and representative said they could save me $a month. The rep that I spoke with pretended that nothing was wrong with the service and tried to waste my time by taking me through the troubleshooting steps of blaming my router, blaming my internet, and blaming my home network, while telling me their service worked fine. You have to really drive to hit the sales goals they put together.


I keep getting redirected to the MyATT app that just gives me useless articles. Any product claim, statistic, quote, or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider, or party. Customer service is a nightmare to get a hold of.

Check out what real users are saying before you switch carrier. While the pay-as-you-go plans are subject to data throttling, there is a service fee of $per GB that a client goes over their monthly data quota. She was adamant that the one I had received was not my final bill. ATT claims non receipt of returned item. Warn prospective new customers.


I was upset due to an earlier bad experience with COX and Bradley pulled some strings to help me get internet service in my home. Value customer service. Power award in the North Central region, and placed second in all other locations.
