An APS investigation is a thorough assessment of a potential at-risk adult. Program pays partial or full Medicare Part. Adult Protective Services (APS) PA-(or its equivalent).

Additionally, reports are received from anyone with cause to suspect that an adult may require protective services. Vulnerable adult abuse is a crime! All programs stress the competent adult ’s right to make decisions regarding care.
