The best option to file a complaint would be using our online form. The price level of this place is high according to consumer reviews. For a communications company they are pathetic.


Centurylink customer service is horrible. I wanted to upgrade my internet spee one person says I need new equipment. So I have an order number create another employee decides I have the right equipment and creates a second order to increase speed to my home. There is a complaints section on the ‘contact us’ part of the company website which features a menu-driven system for making a complaint online.


There is also a comprehensive ‘help’ section containing a FAQ list. Customer service help, support, information. File a complaint at ComplaintsBoard. Horrible customer service.

Oversubscribed DSL line. Dealing with overseas technicans terrible. And that makes sense, because they service thousands of customers across the country. But no matter how many customers you have, there is never any excuse for treating people this poorly. Replace the cable if you need to or, if it’s been pulled from the jack, plug it back in.


Make sure your modem doesn’t have a filter. Almost hours of repeating myself, getting hung up on, and NO RESOLUTION. Most companies warrant your equipment for as long as you have a contract with them or for at least three years.


Tell you lies to force you into having daily activity that looks good but doesn’t equate to actual sales. They lie about commissions. Please do yourself a favor and never work for centurylink small business. Slow service and frequent outages seem to lead the list of complaints (presumably these are DSL customers). Others being us, the customers.


Worse customer service. It is a fraud to get money from your customer and not giving them any service. TV, there employees do not give a crap for nothing.
