What are the goals of FCCLA? FCCLA members learn more about themselves, others, and the world so that they can make a difference now and in the future. Community Service Units. FCCLA has more than 220members and nearly 0chapters from state associations and the District of Columbia. In addition to whatever service projects your local chapter of FCCLA participates in, FCCLA also chooses one National Outreach Project with a partner organization each year.
