Our mission is to fight poverty, challenge systems that perpetuate injustice, and change lives through cutting-edge advocacy and exceptional legal. Community Legal Services (CLS) provides free legal advice. As the COVID-pandemic tears through Massachusetts, some of our most vulnerable neighbors face an increased risk not only of health complications, but also of inequities stemming from the economic fallout.

As community lawyers, we give frequent presentations in the community to help residents learn about their rights and forms of legal immigration relief.

CLS staff serves as catalysts to change for our clients in low-income communities throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and often nationally.
