Unbelievably horrible customer service. Honestly, I have had zero problems with any of their products until now, which I guess is actually good. My active watch charger never worked. When I asked her to help me with my actual delivery date.
Samsung customer service is trash! After three days I contacted fedex myself and they said no one has contacted them from. We have had the repair man here times to fix ice maker.
