Exceptional education services

What is the definition of exceptional learner? Do small colleges provide a good education? Eligible students may receive services between and years of age.

Schools offer programs that provide academic, behavioral and related service supports in a specialized learning environment. Support services are provided in all district schools. New York City Board of Education Provider of Special Education Support Services (SETSS).
