If my traffic ticket is not in the system

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California days ago I received a stop sign ticket. Superior court site daily and the ticket is still not in the system. Plus, the ticket is not in the system. I have no intention to appeal or anything.

I just want to pay for the ticket and go to the traffic school, if possible.

But, since they cannot find my ticket in the system , there is nothing I can do but wait. I tried to access the online system to pay my ticket , but it says my ticket number is invalid. I also called the traffic court where they handle this, and the lady says my ticket is not yet in their system and that perhaps I should wait a bit because the officer may not have handed in the ticket.
