Native title services victoria

The third subsidiary of FVTOC is the Victorian native title service provider ( NTSV ). Like the Federation NTSV was also was incorporated as company limited by guarantee under the ASIC legislation (not CATSI). Its members were the individual Traditional Owners that were its current or former directors. Our vision is to promote social justice, economic, cultural and social independence for the Traditional Owners of the lands, seas and waters.


Our purpose is to achieve our vision in assisting Traditional Owners achieve these aims through native title and other related purposes.

The brief was to create a tranquil environment incorporating a breakout area and a contemporary but welcoming vibe that would bring staff together and allow for a more collaborative approach to work. The Kimberley region has a very active native title profile. Kimberley population is Indigenous compared with the State average of 3. Aboriginal Traditional Owners. Most of the native title applications in this region are represented by the Kimberley Land Council.
