PACT - Parents and Children Together. Our physical office at West Grand in Elizabeth is temporarily closed. We investigate reports of suspected child abuse and neglect, and intervene with families who are unable to ensure the health and safety of their child. Local, state, and federal government websites often end in. FACLC is the only agency in Marin County that practices family law and represents its clients in court. Staff investigate reports of child abuse, neglect or abandonment. FCS provides child welfare services focused on the safety, permanency, and well-being of children, youth, and families. As a Children’s Aid Society it is our legal duty to protect children and youth from abuse and neglect. Successful protection of children and youth requires the participation of the community, and as a member of the community it is your legal responsibility to report any suspected abuse or neglect.
