Submucous cleft palate repair

Is there funding for cleft palate repairs? How much does cleft palate surgery cost? How is cleft palate treated? Can a palate expander fix a cleft palate?

This type of cleft often goes unnoticed at birth and may not be diagnosed until later when signs develop.
