I WENT WITH THEM WITH THEY FIRST OPENED UP IN LONDON AND THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A GOOD DEAL. I HAD YEAR WARRANTY FOR MY PHONE AND ON ABOUT THE 9TH MONTH OF HAVINEY ALWG MY SERVICE I EXPERIENCED SOME ISSUES WITH MY PHONE AND KEPT ON CALLING THEM AND THEY KEPT ON SAYING THAT A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN THE NEXT HOURS. But it helps to get an idea of how big they are and what their support operation looks like if you are a customer. As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business.


I had a problem paying my monthly Top Up online with Wind Mobile. So, I called Wind customer service and the rep did it for me. She then proceeds to tell me that my Unlimited Text and Unlimited International Text features (which I had for free for over a year) will be charged $each. It works under two brands, the wind brand for business and mobile services and Infostrade brand for home. The company works via a network of 1owned stores and under wind brand working nearly 4exclusive franchised outlets, in addition, 3retail chains.

Wind Mobile provides telecommunication services mainly in Ontario, Canada. I have been forced to BUY PLANS to get Hardware at a Windtab price! In a nutshell, I activated my plan with a Windtab in place, and they promised me that when the Blackberry that I wanted was available (on reserve list), I could get it at the Windtab price.

Wing is a prepaid wireless brand that provides service using Sprint’s network and the ATT network.


I am highly dissatisfied with their customer service. Original review : Oct. WIND Mobile – Store in London, ON – 3Wellington Roa London, Ontario. They are truly aweful. No longer do I have to worry about extra monthly charges for any overages and I know my bill is XX amount every month.

When Wind was bought out by Shaw, it became Freedom Mobile which services big cities Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver — and smaller ones in Ontario like London, Hamilton, Kingston and Windsor (and pockets in between) with an LTE network. The customer service is a real joke.
