Our loving Butte and Shasta county foster parents support children by creating safe, caring home environments. Our strong network of support assists our foster families in nurturing growth and healing in the lives of children. The division is comprised of three programs, Clinical Services , Creative Experiences, and Outreach Services.

YFS is committed to ending domestic and family violence by working with perpetrators of domestic and family violence to change their behaviour through our Responsible Men program, which includes counselling and group education. The Hirschfield Center for Children seeks to help children avoid behavioral, emotional and mental health problems by strengthening families and working to prevent child abuse and neglect.

YFC does this by working with over partners to assess and meet the needs of our common youth. We offer Case Management, Restorative Justice, and Wraparound services to youth and families in Weld County.

These programs offer opportunities for youth to explore their imagination and be creative while building leadership skills. WYFCS provides confidential services to its clients in compliance with all state and federal laws.
